During his speech, the President announced plans for a spending freeze and discussed the need to rein in Washington’s out-of-controlled spending spree. While I rarely agree with the President’s proposals, I do agree that we must get America’s fiscal house in order.

New Jobs in Dalton
This morning I was in Dalton with Gov. Sonny Perdue, Lt. Governor Casey Cagle, Congressman Nathan Deal and other state and local leaders for the announcement that Belgian flooring manufacturer IVC Group will locate its first U.S. plant in Dalton, creating 115 jobs and investing $70 million over the next three years.
